It is our promise to you, if we have listed an item incorrectly or there's a problem with your order, we will make it right.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us explaining the situation and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To qualify for a refund, all items returned need to be in the same condition in which you received them. No returns will be processed until the item is returned to us. After we have received your item, please give us 5-7 business days to process the return. If you received your parcel with damage from the post office, please contact us to rectify the situation.
